Polls taken days before President Joe Biden withdrew from the 2024 race have revealed if Democrats actually want Kamala Harris to become commander-in-chief.

A poll published on Wednesday found that around six in 10 Democrats think that Vice President Harris would do well in the event Biden stepped aside and she was president herself.

Polling, which was conducted by the AP-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research, determined that a majority of Democrats believe the country would be in good hands if Harris occupied the Oval Office.
